First of All…
I find it to be both funny and hypocritical when right wing women hurl accusations of misogyny and sexism while they support the destructive agenda of the Republican Party. They do not stand against the blatant and escalating attack on the rights of women, the poor or for any issue which benefits every day Americans. I do agree that Ed Shultz should not have called Laura Ingram a slut no matter how vile her commentary at times can be. However, all of the hype that ensued is unbelievable and flat out stupid (especially from the likes of “mean girl” type Michelle Malkin).
Another Thing….
I wish the GOP would get it through their thick skulls that we’re not going to vote for any Black man or woman they put in front of us! After the Michael Steele and Sarah Palin debacle Republicans still haven’t learned anything. Republicans refuse to accept the fact that Americans don’t like their attempts to dismantle Medicare through Paul [Ayn Rand] Ryan’s disaster plan. It’s not POPULAR!
The Path to Prosperity? REALLY?! What a joke.
And Furthermore….
I still want a Unicorn that farts sparkles but I know I have a better chance of getting struck by lightning. That said, I feel the same way about the Democrats and President Obama. I’m a realist when it comes to what I expect them to accomplish. I want them to work out the economic problems in the US and help save the middle class (heck, save the world) but the chance that they will accomplish this great and awesomely terrible task within the next 10 years is highly unlikely.
We have a long, long way to go…
THAT IS ALL!
